I am presently unemployed. Since September 1997 whenever I applied for
job in Serbia (Yugoslavia) and fulfilled the announced requirements for
that job, employer would regularly change its previously announced
requirements so that I turn out to be inappropriate for the job. I have
this unpleasant feeling that I am on some black list in Serbia
(Yugoslavia).
