Ever since 1988 people of Serbia (Yugoslavia)  openly and almost unanimously support nationalistic and fascistic policy toward all the national minorities that live in the territory of Serbia (Yugoslavia).  My professors from the University of Novi Sad, TEMPUS Center, do not differ much from the rest of the inhabitants of Serbia (Yugoslavia) in their ideas of justice.

In last decade of this millennium professors and assistants at the universities in Yugoslavia were carefully elected so that they could detect and disable those students (and some of their colleagues) who think differently from the majority.

There are also a lot of admirers and "students", but who could list them all. I listed only those that mean something to the TEMPUS center. From this list you can see that TEMPUS center is elite institution. Qualifications and reputations of these people place them among the cream of Serbia - Yugoslavia. Official prime task of this center is education of environmental engineers. Center was established at the beginning of 1992, just a few months after the war on territories of Former Yugoslavia started.
